For someone that is not tech-savvy, 99 Designs was incredibly easy to use. I tried several other websites that did not match the ease of 99 Designs. The print was excellent, the shipping was fast, and the shirts were of great quality. Looking forward to ordering more items.

I would have liked to have received a preview of the art work. I'm not sure if CustomInk improved my art work or used it as is. I think it's a value-add that CustomInk will refine the art work. I may have not clicked the right box, etc -- not sure.
