Overall the experience was great. I do wish we were able to buy the shirts individually versus having to do a minimum of 6. I also understand why it was like that which didn't deter us from ordering shirts.

I sent a request in a few days ago regarding receiving incorrect sizes, but have not heard anything. Simply put, I was given one extra medium and one less large. I reached out to try and get that missing large size and maybe return the extra medium I received if it could be repurposed somehow, but again, I have not heard anything. Hence why customer service received an average rating.
