My experience with Custom Ink was fantastic. I chose to go the brick and mortar route and was very happy I did. I met with Anthony Bartoloni at the Braintree MA store and he was amazing throughout the whole process. He helped me with the design of the shirt, including working with a not so high quality image that I wanted on the back of the shirt. He knew the best way to proceed to get the image to look as clean as possible and it really showed in the final product. Anthony and his team were helpful and awesome the entire way and I really appreciated them making sure I received the shirts a few days before I actually needed them just to have a few days of wiggle room. The best part was that the way I was treated made me feel like I was some big-time repeat customer when this was my first order in years through custom ink and it was a relatively small order. Next time I need shirts, I know exactly where I'm going. Thanks again, Mike Hartford

Terrible 1st experience!! My order was very time sensitive. They got my 1st order wrong. So I called to let them know and was told that I had to PAY for reprints……who does that?!?! If your company did wrong, your company needs to fix it…..not just take more money from the customer 😡
