We seek a friendly and reliable individual to help customers have a great experience with CustomInk as part of our dedicated production team. You must understand and care about satisfying customers. In order to accomplish this, you must have both an eye for aesthetics and excellent attention to detail.
As a Production Artist, you are responsible for the preparation and completion of artwork files and worksheets for custom product orders. You will manipulate and produce finished artwork files for designs created by customers using our web design tool, and be expected to produce a high volume of technically accurate work throughout the day. In addition, you will be required to script well-written internal and external communication. You should have an artistic eye, good working knowledge of both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, and feel very confident in your ability to proof designs for grammar and spelling errors.
This job requires substantial computer work, so you must possess basic computer and Adobe program skills. CustomInk will provide extensive training on our internal systems and various programs. Training on printing and graphics is also provided; however, prior experience with decoration methods of screen-printing and embroidery would be a plus. You will be expected to be a team player in our fun, intense, and results-oriented environment, so you must be helpful, professional, and able to learn quickly. This is a great first professional experience.
Please send your cover letter and resume to Lauren Koelemay, Production Art Manager, at productionjobs at customink dot com.
