I was able to use the AI feature to create a custom retiree celebration shirt for my mentor. The package arrived a week early and the shirt hugged his body so well. It was a fantastic experience and I will be ordering from Custom Ink again!

Overall, my experience was good. It would have been great if the Small and Medium sizes of my shirts had the same quality printing as the larger sizes. The gray background in my logo was MUCH lighter in the smaller sizes and they look dull and underprinted. The larger sizes are great. I liked the ease of designing on the website and I like that custom ink saves your designs and uploads for easy reuse year to year. The quality control needs some work. The small sizes should never have gone out to a customer like that.
