I honestly thought i approved the order. Apparently I didn't and realized it almost too late. The customer service rep was amazing and stated she would make sure i received the items on time, and I did although one with an error.

I was looking to reorder my last order, but wanted to make a small design change on the back, but unfortunately, I was not able to find the right font type used, I was starting to get really frustrated, that's when my rep. Aaron stepped in and was like how can I help? So, I explained the trouble I was having and what I was trying to do. He informed me what the issue was -it was our original design, so my font was not exactly matching the same fonts that they had. I thought I was going to have to redo the whole thing or settle for the old print, but that's when he asked if he could work with my design. After about 5 maybe 10 minutes tops, he was back to me with a proof, with the new change in a font that looked 95-97% like the original. When I saw the new proof, I was amazed at how close the new font looked, if I didn't know it was added on, I would have thought, it was the original! But Aaron, didn't just stop there, he went ahead and took all my sizes, colors, and qty choices and placed the order for me. It was so seamless, that whatever frustration I had was completely gone, by the time the order was placed. He also informed me of what to expect in the next few days regarding printing, paying, and receiving my order. I would truly recommend Custom Ink to anyone. And Aaron who was exceptionally helpful.
