I placed an order for bachelor party shirts with two separate parts. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to click "Rush" on one part of the order and, even though I called back within an hour and the order had not even been started, I was told that nothing could be done to rush the items. I even offered to pay to have them rushed. No explanation was given as to why that wouldn't be an option. I asked for a supervisor and the representative did everything she could to prevent me from speaking with one. Finally, I connected with Gracie, a supervisor who promised me that my order would arrive by 3/12/26, which would have been perfect. Unfortunately, when I checked tracking on the 10th, it said that my order wouldn't arrive until 3/16/26 which was going to be after we already left town for the bachelor party. While I did receive a refund after once again speaking to Gracie, the process was made so much more difficult by some, seemingly arbitrary policy that an order cannot be rushed even before production or shipment. It does not make any sense.

I wasn't entirely please with the way the image was printed on the hoodie. There are streaks running through the image ink which dont look professional. Also, i had the chest logo lined up showing that it was straight, however it is ever so slightly printed at an angle which I find noticeable. I dont know if I would want to recommend customink to people in the future.

Wanted one custom top made and was happy with the options and the possibility of getting just one shirt. Print came out just slightly lighter in coloring than the original design but otherwise flawless. Website had realistic dates for delivery and item arrived exactly in the timeline expected.

I am very upset with my order, mainly because I had such high expectations. The image was printed unacceptably small. I can barely read the text. How was that the biggest possible size. Unacceptable. I really hope to get a refund or new version with a larger print.
