We seek a friendly and reliable individual to help customers have a great experience with CustomInk as part of our dedicated Service & Sales team. You must understand and care about satisfying customers, and have the communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities to convert potential leads into satisfied customers.
As a Sales & Service representative, you will be on the front lines of winning and satisfying customers and strengthening our market position and brand identity. In this role, you will be charged with assisting customers via phone and email to convert leads into sales and to address any order-related needs and problems. You will offer guidance on using our web site, respond to questions about products, help create designs, and communicate the advantages of choosing CustomInk.
You will be responsible for being the voice of CustomInk.com to potential and existing customers. Accordingly, the key measures of success will be based upon:
The ideal candidate is a friendly and reliable self motivator looking for a great first professional experience. This job requires substantial computer work, but we will train you on specific programs as long as you possess basic computer skills. Good taste and some creative abilities are also important, but we will teach you about printing and graphics. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and demonstrate great problem solving abilities. You enjoy being a team player in a fun, intense, and results oriented environment. We expect that you'll be helpful, professional and eager to learn. You must demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond for each customer to ensure that their expectations are exceeded. Finally, to fit in at our 150 person company, you should strive to treat others as you would like to be treated, have a strong sense of individual responsibility, and thirst for progress.
