Beat the Couch - Bermuda!

"This is our Beat the Couch team in sunny Bermuda! We got 47 people off the couch and 5K fit in 10 weeks. The programme was designed for complete beginners who in week 1 found it hard to run for just 60 seconds. 10 weeks later, here they are! We had them "beat the couch" by getting off it, but also literally beat it around the course. We put our couch on wheels and our local running elite pushed it along the route :-) This was an emotional journey for so many of our team who never believed they could do it, and yet found themselves crossing the line. We are unbelievably proud of each and every one. Your t-shirts really did make us feel like a team and ordering was so easy! Jaw-dropping customer service meant that we have already placed our next order and are bound to place more.
