"On Saturday, May 18th CrossFit Dover took 23 members to Camelback Mountain
in PA to compete in the Civilian Military Combine (CMC). There is a 7
minute Workout of the Day (WOD) followed by a 5.5 mile run up and down the
mountain with numerous obstacles, including walls, hurdles, lakes, wave
pools, mud pits, etc. It then ended with a race in the lazy river! We had
a blast and really stood out with the blue Next Level Shirts! We will
definitely order from Custom Ink again for the next event!
