""Ja-Pun" was a comedy/musical performed by members of the Navy community in Yokosuka, Japan. For over 25 years, they performed at military bases throughout Japan. This past Nov 12th was their final show and members past and present gathered for the final curtain. I designed the shirt which everyone wore as a part of their costume. Glad you're back and better. I've ralley enjoyed your blogs about weight loss. One factor I haven't seen covered much here is motivation. One motivating factor in weight loss is being able to get an actual idea of what you'd like like should your weight loss plan be successful. If you want an interesting way to see what you'd look like if you do lose weight, check out the iTunes store for the iApp SkinnyMe. You can use your iPhone to take a picture of yourself, then use the app to set a skinny factor to realistically alter the picture so it shows just what you'd look like if you lost a certain amount of weight.
