"In May, 2014, Expedition Balance took a group of military Veterans to summer camp to help them heal from PTSD, Depression, Traumatic Brain Injury, and other challenges. We spent 3.5 days at Camp for All in Burton, TX, enjoying the outdoors, eating well, and doing lots of yoga and meditation. Our programs help our Veterans heal - without pills. We plan to do much more, in hopes we can help our warriors find themselves again after service.
