"This pic was taken prior to starting the Tough Mudder (the world's toughest race) at Northstar resort in Lake Tahoe, CA. The race is nearly 12 miles long with 20+ obstacles, lots of mud and even electro-shock thrown in for good measure. Our team had the best looking uniforms on the course, thanks to Custom Ink! adam, i know it sounds obvuois but how about a six pack abs workout. since beer seems to go directly to most of our guts, some kind of ab wod might just balance that out. perhaps toes to bar, L sit pullups,etc.
