"American Heart Association Heart Walk 2010 Louisville, KY. My sister-in-law Nicole received a heart transplant 10 years ago this month and is doing wonderfully. Unfortunately her brother Daniel passed away this past April waiting for a heart transplant. We did this walk to raise money for AHA and come together as a group to show our support for Nicole and our love for Daniel. It was an amazing day and the shirts were a hit!!!
