"This picture was taken at the Susan G. Komen race for the cure 5K in Atlanta, Ga on Saturday 5/11/2013. Our team, Carmen's Crew, consisted of all of the members shown and raced for various people whose lives have been affected by breast cancer. Our team name, and our shirts, are in honor of my Mother, Carmen Henderson, whose life was cut short by stage IV breast cancer in July of 2011. This was not my first purchase from custom ink, nor will it be my last. I have always had great experiences working with custom ink and really appreciate the ease of the online experience, the help of the artists who double check the shirts, and the timeliness of every delivery I've ever received. "I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2011 and this year I decided to do the MS walk in Atlanta for the first time. It was a great experience! My family came all the way from Michigan and North Carolina to support me. We got tons of compliments on our unique shirts which made us even more proud to wear them. "I got the sweatshirts for the biggest volleyball tournament in Atlanta for my team. We ended up going undefeated and won the gold medal for the 16s division. "Over 50 photographers volunteered to help PPA Charities at their Celebration Gala and Auction. Taking place on Saturday, January 19th at the Omni Hotel in Atlanta, over $25,000 was raised in our support for the children of Operation Smile.

"My company, Meadows & Ohly, sponsored a team in the Wish for Wendy softball tournament outside of Atlanta on November 10th to raise money for cystic fibrosis research. Our team name was Meadows & Olé! and we brought out some mustaches to go along with our awesome shirts. Ordering the shirts through CustomInk was a breeze and the pricing couldn't be beat! "These awesome shirts were made for a Brain tumor awareness 5k Moving Towards A Cure Nov 10th 2012 Atlanta GA. I am a brain tumor survivor and this cause is very near and dear to my heart! So many people are effected by this horrible disease, it was important for me to run and raise awareness with my best friends beside me. "The picture was taken at our fundraiser, NAMIWalks this past weekend at Turner Field in Atlanta. NAMI Northside Atlanta is one of over 1,500 affiliates in communities across the country made up of individuals living with a mental illness and their families and friends. We are a grassroots, self-help, support, education and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of all those affected by serious mental illness.
