"Every year when my family goes on vacation to the Outer Banks, North Carolina, we go on a 30 mile bike ride and stop at our favorite restaurant for lunch. This year, my mom and I decided to amp it up by surprising everyone with athletic shirts made through CustomInk with a family logo (that I designed) in complementary colors for the guys and the girls. Several people stopped us on the ride and asked if we were a cycling team - Nope! Just an overly enthusiastic family! CustomInk did a great job working with us to make both the men's and women's shirts. The colors came out great - nice and vibrant so we were visible on our bikes when riding along a road! The quality of the shirts were so great that my parents just wore them again on a 400 mile bike ride last summer! "
"A dozen of us bike about 40 miles from Seattle to Puyallup each year to visit the state fair. I wanted to surprise the team with t-shirts that documented our tradition, and would make it easy to spot each other in a crowd. We got so many compliments, comments, and questions about our shirts and were even featured on the Fair's facebook page! Thank you, CustomInk, for the awesome shirts!"
"This picture was from our first shirt order at the Fat Tire Bike ride around Lake Geneva Wisconsin that has 9 pub stop in the 21 mile tour."
"This crew of scouts biked 54 miles on the Heritage Rail Trail near York-New Freedom, PA in preparation for a 350 mile ride to Washington, DC. Their Tennessee orange shirts from CustomInk reminded me of the Johnny Cash's "Orange Blossom Special" on this rail trail ride!"
"I was inspired to get into biking because of my brother and friends. After much debate between a road bike and a fixed gear, I ended up customizing my own fixed gear just like my brother. Once I started to ride, I became so immersed in riding my bike. I loved the feeling of riding on the road with the wind blowing against me and the sun beaming on my face. Through this, I wanted to bring bike club back from a two year hiatus at school. I wanted people to remember how fun it was to ride with others and this was a chance to make new friends. Fortunately, my friends and family supported me in starting a bike club at school. I was surprised how many students joined the club, and it motivated to do the best I could for this club. My cousin, being the creative artist she is, helped me design these wonderful t-shirts. The picture portrays a large shark made of different bicycles and bicycle parts eating a car. The deeper meaning of this design is too encourage others to ride bicycles more. The club remains active at school and it seems my friends enjoy biking a lot more I want to thank OGBIKE CLUB, my cousin, friends, family, and Customink for making our design come to life."
"Three families vacation together in Hilton Head Island each August. Although we are not related, we combined two of our last names (Van Dusen and Ott) to create a new "vacation" name that we use whenever we are together. Custom Ink is our "go to" t-shirt company - the customer service is amazing. Super friendly, very helpful and just plain kind. We also love the variety of t-shirts (styles, colors, sizes) and we can always find whatever we need. Thank you!"
"The Brooklyn Hospital Center's Team 3509 rode 30 miles in the Bike MS NYC event to raise money in support of a cure of Multiple Sclerosis. This group photo is on the final leg of the race on the Henry Hudson Parkway in Manhattan. You can't fully appreciate the shirts here as the race bibs are blocking part of the design. There were additional graphics on the back of the shirts as well. Custom Ink was great to work with. We included the Custom Ink logo on the back of the shirt and remain grateful for a financial contribution to our team's cause, as well."
"We decided to put my sister's artistic talents to use to celebrate the Twin Cities biking community (and maybe help pay for some of her tuition if we can sell a few shirts). She sketched out a bike constructed of the letters MPLS (for Minneapolis) and off we went to CustomInk. Turning her design into a reality couldn't have been any easier with CustomInk. The shirts turned out great and the web ordering experience was actually fun!"
