Fred's Motorheads Relay For Life Team T-Shirt Photo

"This was our first year to participate in an ACS Relay for Life event in honor of my fiance's father (Fred, who was a mechanic) and passed away three years ago of kidney cancer and in support of my father who is a seven year survivor of stage 4 colon cancer as well as several close family members who have survived breast cancer and prostate cancer. Our experience at the relay was wonderful, inspiring, emotional and a great way to bring our two families together to fight this disease. CustomInk made the experience even better by making the designing of our t-shirts super easy online, following up with a discount, providing high quality and fast, efficient service as well as donating to our cause which we thought was amazing! Thank you, CustomInk, we will be back year after year! :)) "

We're Not Scared of Cancer (Team Latham) by We're Not Scared of Cancer (Team Latham) - about 1 year ago

We're Not Scared Of Cancer (Team Latham) T-Shirt Photo

"Monday April 8, our lives were changed when we learned our dearest friend Latham was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. At the moment he learned he had cancer, he exclaimed, "We're Not Scared of Cancer!" It was 3 days later he was to have surgery to remove the cancer. We wanted to encourage him and decided to have 17 t-shirts made exclaiming his quote for all his family and friends to wear the day of his surgery. I called Customink at 8am on Tuesday, and they went to work quicker than I could ever imagine. They even went so far as to call the hospital themselves and set up a 7am delivery the morning of the surgery. Sure enough at 6:57 am I rec'd a call saying the t-shirts had arrived! You just can't know how blessed Latham was by this, but I can tell you he cried joyous tears when he saw all 17 of us standing at the door of the hospital as he entered the doors heading into Cancer surgery. This changed his life, and ours. It was a blessing to all and kept joy in a very tough day. Thank you Customink from the bottom of our hearts. "

"The picture is of friends and family who make up my team every year, for the past 3 years. I am a 2x colon cancer survivor, and we fundraise, and walk, or run for The Colon Cancer Challenge! We all have either a family member who has had colon cancer, has passed from colon cancer, or have been personally diagnosed with the disease. So far, Team Kick Ass has raised nearly $22,000 over the past three years. Its a long hard race, and we train for it. With everyone's busy schedules, team shirts are the one thing that needs to get done simply, and easily. They have to fit, and be impressive! I enjoyed the process of designing our team shirt from my living room. It was easy, fun, and very convenient. They were worn proudly by all during the race!"

"Every year, in late March or early April, I gather together friends and family for the annual Colon Cancer Challenge in Central Park in NYC. Some of us walk, some of us run, but all of us do it to remember loved ones we lost to the disease. I unfortunately lost both my father (2007) and my mother (2010) to the disease, and so I've become quite the poster boy for colon cancer awareness. This year we had our biggest team yet - 14 people - and I hope it grows as the years go on. :)"

Team Joe by Audrey Fordham - about 1 year ago

Team Joe T-Shirt Photo

"Recently, my dad was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. He got surgery immediately and began chemo treatments about two weeks ago. To show my support, I decided to make t-shirts for him. Using CustomInk was a great experience! Designing the shirt was easy and the various people that contacted me from the CustomInk team were extremely generous and thoughtful. I sold 150 shirts for my dad! We wore our shirts to the Colon Rollin' 5k this past weekend to support my dad and to raise awareness for colon cancer. The bottom is our team of about fifty people who came just to walk for my dad. The right is my dad with a few people that he walked with. In spite of everything, he walked the whole course. The top left is my dad and I. I love him and he is my inspiration. He gives me hope and reminds me that you can conquer anything that you put your mind to. Thank you CustomInk staff and any other people who have helped support my dad through his fight!"

Jackson's Journey by Suzan - about 1 year ago

Jackson's Journey T-Shirt Photo

"Our son, Jackson, died last year from colon cancer at the age of 30. A group of us walked in the Colon Cancer Alliance "Undy 5000" in San Diego in his memory. Our shirts have "Get Your Butt Checked!" at the bottom... Hoping to raise awareness so others pay attention! We had a great time, and Customink was so easy and friendly to work with. We hope to have more people participate in the event next year and we know where we'll be getting our t-shirts!"

Easter Enemas in Cuck Fancer Shirts for the Undy 5000 by Easter Enemas at Undy 5000 - over 1 year ago

Easter Enemas In Cuck Fancer Shirts For The Undy 5000 T-Shirt Photo

"We are the Easter Enemas and we are out to see that everyone gets a colonoscopy or tells those who are 50 and up to get one to screen for colon cancer. This is our group in front of the giant inflatable colon at the Atlanta Undy 5000 on November 3rd. In addition to raising awareness, we are also celebrating the life of Shelly Kirn, a mother, wife, and friend who touched us all. We came to CustomInk on the recommendations of others, and had a great experience. We were able to get all of our shirts ordered and delivered in a timely fashion. Then when we had a last minute addition to the order, I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone first try with no hold time. They added the shirt to the order, updated the invoice and there was no delay in getting the shirts. After getting the shirts, CustomInk made a donation to our cause which was an amazing surprise. Thank you CustomInk for helping us and please remember to get your colonoscopy."

The Roast Beasts by Natalie S - almost 2 years ago

The Roast Beasts T-Shirt Photo

"This past November we lost our sister, cousin and friend, Lindsay, after a courageous 2 year battle with colon cancer. The story behind our team name: Throughout her fight with cancer, Lindsay not only had a great attitude, she had a great sense of humour. After her surgery to remove her tumour, she nicknamed it "The Beast" and growing up, a common Sunday dinner in our family was roast beef. With her friends knowledge of Sunday Dinners and Lindsay naming her tumour "The Beast", the "The Roast Beasts" were created. We designed these shirts for this years Relay for Life and had them personalized with the nicknames that Lindsay had given us over the years. We chose blue as that is the colour of the colon cancer ribbon. "
