On Tour in Our Nation's Capitol #DC14 by DC 14 - 3 months ago
"The three of us are juniors in high school and we started a club that raises money for girls' education in third world countries. We wanted the club to be fun and make a difference at the same time, so we decided every week to decorate cupcakes which we then sell. It didn't take long for our cupcakes to become famous throughout our school and people began to anticipate Thursdays when they knew some new cupcake was going to be up for sale. Over the past year our club has raised over nine hundred dollars from selling these cupcakes; enough to sponsor three girls in Uganda, Guatemala, and Nepal for one full year of education. Our club has been growing every week, and these sweatshirts have helped us spread awareness about our club and our cause (and they're super cute!). Honestly we're all so amazed with how far we've come; what started with an idea thrown around in conversation is now more than a reality, it's a dream come true."

Students Helping Honduras by Colette Eustace - 6 months ago
"We are a group of Stony Brook University students who travelled to Honduras this winter break to build a school in the rural village of Villa Soleada. We believe that youth empowerment through education will end extreme violence and poverty in Honduras. With sweat, dirt, and lots of adrenaline, we were able to begin the construction of additional classrooms for the kids. We will be wearing our shirts at fundraisers all semester as well! THANKS CUSTOMINK!"
