"As a thank you for spending hours and hours working on my most recent album, I wanted to thank my drummer, Chris, by making him a little somethin' special. He's a t-shirt fanatic, and he draws this signature drum kit sketch. "These photographs were taken at "The Shop" in North Carolina, the weekend after our wedding. This shirt was created for my wedding and as a gift for my husband and our friends. My husband had taken the last remaining picture of these two Marine Corps Explosive Ordinance Technicians (EOD TECHS) during their last deployment. They were made to remember these men and their brothers who made the ultimate sacrifice so that others may live and they are always with us. On the right sleeve it has EJ "Sinner" Pate Jr and a skull and crossbombs which shows his adventurous side, and on the left sleeve it has Dan "Xtreme" Patron and a dirt bike, which was a big passion of his. In the front it has the Master EOD Badge and a yellow ribbon of remembrance, but in true EOD fashion they have to show their goofy personalities by wearing bomb suits during the summer, surrounded by bombs, robots, and armored vehicles. My experience working with customink was something i was very, very satisified with. They addressed all my concerns and the sanctity of having things the names, the picture, the remembrance with respect. They couldn't have helped my creation come alive as it did in the shirt. "
