Won first place in the category of most money raised at a childhood cancer event. by Chris Lantos Foundation - about 1 month ago
"The people in the picture are the members of "Team Chris" who raised funds for childhood cancer patients and families at a local event in Falls Church, Virginia this last May. Among the four teams, our team won in the category of most money raised. At the event we had to participate in a funny relay race. Chris Lantos was our son and he died of cancer in June 2013, he was almost 13 years old. There was no cure to save him. We are fighting in his honor to support the research for pediatric cancer. Custom ink was very helpful and the communication was always smooth. "

Full Brazilian Tough Mudders! by VirginiaMudder - about 1 month ago
"We're a group of friends from work who took on the Virginia Tough Mudder. We needed a jersey that was lightweight with space for a fun design, and that could handle some seriously dirty and wet obstacles. The CustomInk shirts were perfect for getting us through 10 miles of mud, ice, and electricity in style. Erin from CustomInk Satisfaction Assurance did great work helping us find the right design options, and our order arrived in less than five days! We all survived the Tough Mudder, and our CustomInk shirts held up so well under pressure that we plan to use them again for our next challenge. The Full Brazilians are headed to the West Virginia Tough Mudder!"
Richmond Half Marathon Finish by Inclusive Racing - about 1 month ago
"I know a picture of a large group wearing our shirts is preffered, but I'm going to go out on a limb. I believe a picture like this really represents Inclusive Racing, and the moment that we really strive for. Our organization is Inclusive Racing. We are a non-profit in Richmond, Virginia who is dedicated to providing thrilling race experiences to children and adults with disabilities who cannot participate. This photo is from the 2012 Richmond 1/2 Marathon. This is the moment that really defines who we are. All of the teams’ hard work and training leads to this point. The moment where their athlete crosses the finish line, hears the crowd cheering their name, and their families having the proud moment seeing their child's smile that could light up the whole world. We have used Custom Ink from the very beginning to create our technical running shirts that we provide to all of our runners and athletes. They are now famous! We are so well recognized in our community! When we are at races or just bopping around town wearing our shirts, people know who we are! The bright lime green logo is hard to miss, and it has really helped continue to spread the mission of Inclusive Racing!"
