"On April 13th Team Freed (Washington) rallied, cheered and connected with others in the MS movement while facing rain, wind, flooded facilities, cold temperatures, and power outages. Two of my team members got locked in the ladies room and the conditions were somewhat miserable but the cause well worth it!! I have participated in Walk MS every year since I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in July 2005. I started with a team of 4 members in Washington state, and now I have over 100 Team Freedsters who participate in Walk MS in Washington, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana and California.
