"It's tradition in my family to have the families of the bride and groom, the wedding party, and the bride and groom themselves run a 5k the day before the wedding. We started this tradition to help keep our family and friends active in order to increase both life span and quality of life. We always choose somewhere fun, like a national park so that out of town guests can see what beautiful Colorado has to offer. This picture was taken of the wedding party after we finished the race.
