"2013 City Of Watertown Fire Department 10k running team, consisting of (l to r: Pat Lyon, Randy Root, Steven Wood, James Docteur and Chris St Joseph)participating in the Garrett Loomis Memorial Run. The run is a scholarship benefit run that takes place in Sackets Harbor NY every year. Last year the team took 1st place and in 2013 took 2nd place. 181 total runners attended this years run. for more info see www.garrettsfund.org"
