As usual great overall experience, except since this was a reorder, only wish I didn't have to pay the setup fee especially since we ordered five additional shirts.

No matter who called or emailed, each person was informed, helpful and really nice. Kathleen Becker held my hand from across the country as I prepared the artwork. The rest of the team were great in following up on production and final delivery. Thank you for your professionalism! Absolutely will order from CustomInk again and will recommend your company to anyone interested in quality service and product.

The services provided by all CustomInk representatives were totally awesome! They were all professional, courteous and very very helpful. Delivery of my order was received on the date as promised. The artwork and design exceeded my expectations. Needless to say I was very very happy and prompted me to place additional orders.

I was very pleased with the customer service. I ordered the shirts as gifts for my groomsmen and the people at custom ink were very helpful from all aspects of ordering the shirts. They helped design a a better shirt then I could by myself and I could not be happier. I would recommend Custom ink and its team to anyone. Thank you Custom ink.

This order was a first time purchase...overall experience was excellent...I have experience with vendor printing and customizing for the various youth sports teams I am involved with and this experience rates very high...easy to submit original artwork and have it turned into the final product...customer service was top notch and responsive...product turnaround was more than timely...great result...thanks!!

The girl I talk to who help me come up with a Better idea was awesome ! She Incredibly nice , Thoughtful and took her time talking to me like she had no rush to get off the phone Whatsoever , wish i could Remember her name but if you all post this Throughout the company maybe she would Remember talking to me and the Shirt I made . I give a 10 out of 10 for Custom Ink!! And Probably will make something again very soon!!!
