As I was working with Brandon to get the logo centered, we went through several proofs. He apparently is able to see when I open the proof to view. He didn't hesitate to call me within minutes every time I opened it up to urge me to order. Once I placed the order, I never heard from custom ink again until the order shipped. I would have appreciated order updates once or twice just to know the order was on schedule/ where it was in fulfillment.

I thought the people I worked with (contacted me with errors) were very nice and I was understanding, but again there was nothing on the website stating that you could only do one color prints. I was only looking for two colors for our company symbol. I may or may not use this company in the future.

Everything was great start to finish. Was rather nervous about ordering these as they are to be "happies" for the guests at our wedding. The ornaments are not cheapy and the colors and lay out are just what we wanted. In fact, the blue is prettier than it appears online. Thank you so much!
