Person on the phone was fabulous. Researched different designs and came back and told me what would work best. Design looks terrific. She gave me great comfort that my vests would absolutely arrive by my deadline and they did. I just wish the price were slightly lower. That's the only reason I didn't give the overall experience a WOW! rating. Otherwise, everything was superb.
