It was great! a lot of people helped me throughout the process so it shows that there is always someone that will help. I would suggest that you guys make actual hockey jerseys! I've had the idea of wanting to do Hockey Jersey's for my clothing line. If you guys do official hockey jerseys that are same material and a replica of NHL material then I probably won't hesitate to buy from you again!

If you already have a design in mind, and are capable of making and uploading it yourself, CustomInk is the easiest and simplest option for screen printing. The free shipping is just a bonus to how straight forward uploading and editing the design was.

Overall, I thought the website was really great and easy. The customer service was fantastic, and the price and time of receipt was excellent! We will most likely use custom ink again. Just a little weary about the stain...I'm hoping this is not a common thing.

Jerseys arrived ahead of schedule, and were packaged very nicely. It's a professional job all around, my team will be using these durable jerseys for more than a few seasons knocking the total cost per use down to a very reasonable rate. Thanks CustomInk! Note: one word to the wise, the Navy Blue letters look almost black on a red jersey so keep that in mind.

Overall experience with the customer service was phenomenal. With quick feedback, and willingness to answer questions. One issue with the design studio was that it let me make a design that couldn't be produced due to the shirt being ordered. This caused me to redesign the shirt after paying for it, which at this point there were 12 people already counting on the shirt for competitive play, so I was forced to make due. The product didn't seem to fulfill expectations. The baseball button down shirt is definitely not made for active play, even though a chat representative ensured that it would work well. This fact alone makes me want to continue to go to a local shirt press shop simply so I can try on and see the shirt/jersey before paying for it.
