I really enjoyed the process of creating the design.It was fun and easy.Customer service was okay but the product was (un) I repeat-usable. 1.)Too small print (which was suggested by the art department) 2.)too small shirt. 3.)For the amount of money I spent on this product there was no option to buy a sample order had to purchase at lease 6. So Im frustrated that I had to pay so much for a product that I can't even use! 6 shirts cost me over $200 (if samples was available I would have been able to readjust my size and make some corrections and order accordingly.) If Custom ink can't resolve this issue I will not shop there ever again and will tell everyone else stay away from this money pit! There are plenty of other options out on the worldwide web that offer samples no need to spend hundreds of dollars on products you can't use.I will keep everyone posted how "Custom Ink" resolves this issue. I really wanted to give them a good review I had to put out bad energy especially to a business that seems to be good overall. I just have to be honest Im very frustrated with my experience and hope by sharing my experience others will not make the same mistake or Custom ink can make some positive changes.
