Fabulous customer service! Knowledgeable people, 24/7 help (even on Labor Day!), patient problem-solvers - I can't say enough good things about them. The only other customer service people I've come across of this caliber are with LL Bean (and since my order with CustomInk was customized rather than out of a catalogue, I wouldn't be surprised if CI's people aren't even better).
