Fabulous. The designers and assistants on phone were terrific. I needed artwork help and had a short deadline! You all made it seem like no big deal and were happy to help me. the shirts came out great. I have been using customink for 7 years. However, the last 2 years I used a local operation because I could get 24 hour turnaround. The local guys had an attitude about helping with the art work even though they say it is free. I used them for 6 different projects in past 2 years and they didn't seem to want my loyalty so I am done with them and back with CustomInk. Bottom line. sorry I strayed.. but it makes me more appreciative of the great work that Customink does and the great customer service.

I was very happpy with the screen printing & the overall order. I was also impressed with the order time I had my shirts in under 2 weeks from order date.

Great service. Gave me an opportunity to review my order after several days and sure enough I changed the color and one of the sizes. Even with the order change, delivery was made by date promised. Screen printing looks very good. If I need more custom designed tees, I'll be back.

I wish we could just replace the shirts that are the wrong size, or add a few more shirts at the same price to replace the ones that are the wrong size...we could keep the extras to give out to our fans, or hold onto in case someone else joins the team next year.

I had kind of a mix/match of sizes, styles and colors of shirts along with a color change on my graphics to account for light vs dark shirts. They look terrific! Pricing was very reasonable for the variety of items, single items, etc. We are looking forward to our Teardrop campout to show them off. We'll be the envy of the campground! Very happy to work with a local Reno company!

CustomInk is the best website on the internet for this type of thing. Absolutly love the products we received and the professional manner in which they do their customer service!! Won't use any other provider but CustomInk from here on out!!
