I HAD A COMPUTER PROBLEM WHEN I FIRST ORDERED AND I ENDED UP WITH A DOUBLE ORDER. I SENT AN E-MAIL TO SEE IF THEY WOULD CORRECT THE HELP ME , I WAS REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING A TOTAL REFUND ON THE SECOND ORDER BECAUSE I PAID FOR THEM WITH MY PERSONAL DEBIT CARD. I RECEIVED A PROMPT REPLY AND SERVICE AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM GETTING THE SECOND ORDER CANCELLED AND PAYMENT REFUNDED. EVERYONE WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE FINAL PRODUCT AND THEY WERE A BIG HIT. GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM.
