I was very pleased with this experience.

This experience exceeded my exceptions in every way! I heard a radio commercial for CustomInk while in Washington State and brought back the thought to Maryland. There was no disappointment. From my first click I was impressed about the ease of the website; the simple, and extremely user friendly, tools plus organized graphics made it fun to find exactly what we needed. I was contacted by phone almost immediately by customer service to ensure they had every detail as I had ordered it. Two days later I had an email with my proof picture in it, exactly as I had envisioned our shirts. The tracking email was clear about how long it would take, and the tracking link made it so simple to see where it was in the process. Once I opened the box, the proof was in the pudding and again not disappointed. The only thing that was said once I showed our shirts to the leadership was, "Wow! Those are cool!" Thank you CustomInk for making it so simple to support our troops and their families.

Excellent products. Extremely easy self guided design options. Customer service worked with us to make a few changes on our design to stay within our budget. The final product in all the sizes we needed were great.

the customer service was great. they assured me that even with the several changes made to the original order, they still would be able to meet their original deadline. I really like how they worked with my original design to get it to my approval.

It was simple to find the design I wanted and to place it just how I wanted on the shirt. If the occasion arises again for a custom shirt, I well use Custom Ink.

It has been a good experience to order from Custom Ink. My items came days before I was expecting them, so I able to get them out to family members early.
