Customer service was fantastic. This is the third time I have placed an order through CustomInk and as always, I am very happy with the service I received. The printing on the mugs came out exactly as I expected. The chat box assistance helped me to finalize my purchase. I loved that I received a text message when the proof was ready for my review. OK, in plain English, this company is sooo legit. The mugs are a hit and i couldn't have asked for better service or quality. Trust me i tried looking for a better deal but it just doesn't exist. The other 'companies' are so fugaze - CustomInk is where you should be doing business.

Very very pleased with your services and products. Everyone I spoke too was friendly and very helpful. I liked how I received emails and phone calls regarding the shipping details.
