Ordering shirts for 12 Type A personalities doing a "ToughMudder" can be daunting. Customink made it a fantastic experience. I had called 2 local shops and could not even get them to return a call. Many sites had very limited customization options. Customink had a near limitless (well, it seemed that way) number of options. The service was beyond exceptional. Everyone was not only friendly but delightful. The orders were correct, as advertized, and delivery was super-fast. I could not be more pleased. I will recommend this site to everyone who needs shirts, hoodies and so on.

Very easy design process. Easy to change. Order shipped quickly.

My overall experience was that this site was very easy to use and quick. I thought the designs were nice and ordering was very simple. Since these are just for an 8 week softball league I can say that I am satisfied with my order (and since my # didn't have the residue). After receiving them I had to take them to a local printing company in order to get my company logo printed on the sleeve of the shirts, they are charging me $80 total and you guys tried to get me for like $95 (this company I am taking them to are typically very high). Good company it seems like, I would suggest you to friends looking for a quick fix, but will probably never use you again.

Great experience, the only reason I would not order from CustomInk again is price. I've ordered over $1,000 worth of shirts from CustomInk within 6 months, and I have not received a discount for the business.

Customer service (online chat and by phone) very helpful and friendly! Also gave recommendations on logo placement which was above and beyond expectations.

CustomInk was excellent to work with. Their customer service was great and I would be happy to come back again and recommend them to someone else. My only complaint would be that I wish you could order 1 shirt at a time.

Overall my experience was awesome. The T-shirt turned out perfect as i excepted and none of my team mates are disappointed. Thanks to Custom Ink team.

The coustmer service was amazing. It was easy to get the designed figured out as well as put in the order. I had a person help me every step of the way and it was easy. They even put in all the numbers for me from a spread sheet it worked really well.
