My customer service experience was exhausting but courteous. I've never experienced such incompetence in any other retail transaction. I spent a lot of time getting all of the details correct with my order only to have it mistakenly modified numerous times. I gave a DIRECT LINK of my shirt design to more than one customer service reps only to have them ignore it and choose the wrong one. This was followed by them changing the color and size of items by mistake and missing the entire second page of my order, twice. I have to say undeniably that only by my perserverance were my orders completed. The whole experience left me frustrated and exhausted. Carelessness and oversight will destroy a retail company. I do however wish you all the best and hope that my experience was not indicative of the entire company. BTW, once the order was placed, processing and shipping was EXTREMELY quick. It was a pleasant surprise.

We're happy with the embroider and the accuracy of the expected delivery date. We are not happy with the lack of description of the product. We looked through the reviews to see if anyone had made mention of the quality but all of the reviews seemed to be overall reviews and not of the product itself.
