Overall I would say the experience was poor. I couldn't get the design I wanted because of the hat I picked but their recommendation was to pick a different, way more expensive hat for the design. Then I received the hat after quite a bit of back and forth and I am not pleased with the final product.

I usually get shirts from here and my hats from a different company. I decided to try my hats from here this time and I wasn't as pleased as I am when I get my shirts. The shirts usually look better than the pictures do and this wasn't the case for the hats. The shirts usually impress me and I immediately want to order more, but I'm not sure about the hats as they just left an "I guess they're ok" feeling.
