I ordered the ornament and was told it could only be printed in one color, but my logo has two. I talked to the customer service rep and he was able to accommodate me quickly and the results were awesome! I will use CustomInk for my custom merchandise again anytime!

Customer service is the reason we keep returning to Custom Ink. Emails are answered promptly to satisfaction. The live chat feature and no-hold, no-wait customer service reps on the phone were hugely helpful as we call from Japan with lots of questions.
