Our overall experience with CustomInk has been positive. We received a good product in a timely manor. However getting our product through all of the necessary stages was difficult. There were options on the website that we were unable to do in actuality, and the customer service was not as high as it should have been. The products were also outrageously priced. Now granted we got nice pens, a $1.07 seems a bit excessive.
