I am happy with the product but will more than likely no longer use your service. Was looking to order numerous items with multiple designs as it is very difficult to go to any local places right now to place orders with Covid Guidelines. There is no way to create a cart and place multiple orders, everything had to be done separate. Which means separate packaging and wasting of shipping materials. I asked in customer service chat if there was anything that could be done and I was told no. She could merge the transactions to make one transactions but no way to set up multiple orders all in one. Just doesn't make sense in 2020 that I can't do multiple designs in one order. Will shop local moving forward and just wait to set up an appointment and wait extra time to get my orders. For keeping everything in one order that will be worth it to me.
