My original sweatpants were discontinued, and the customer service rep was very helpful in finding me a similar design for a reasonable price. It is nice to be able to call and talk to a real person.

Tell them that the pockets are not sweatpants material and will be white--not the color of the sweatpants. I was disappointed by that and am not sure I would have bought the pocketed pants if I knew.
