Pretty decent experience, my only real issue is due to looking at revisions, the font on the sweatpants I ordered ended up different from the sweatshirt. They were ordered at the same time. I with it would have been pointed out to me & asked if that was intentional (as it was a mistake). The sweatpants are a bit long from the crotch to the waist & I would have expected them to be a little thinker since they were quite pricey.

Customer service was excellent. I know I had to edit my design THREE times!! So I'm sure that the designers were getting annoyed but they never showed it. Everyone I dealt with in customer service was very nice & my product came out better than I expected!! It was delivered right on time.

The whole website was self explanatory and user friendly! My giant shipment for my team came four days earlier than expected and everything was exactly how I wanted it. I noticed within 24 hours of ordering that I messed up one of the numbers so I called and a customer service rep fixed it without a problem. Definitely will use again!
