Overall I felt I received everything I paid for. The koozies are great, the service was appropriate, and the price was right. I was only surprised with the precision of the screen print, the quality and clarity was not as concise as I had imagined.

Every part of my experience was excellent, but I was especially impressed with the people. They were just so kind and helpful. Give them all a raise!!

I think with the packaging, the product needs to be wraped with plastic, just in case the box it self is damaged is route of dilivery. Also, the print on the screen looked like it would be more bold on the koozie. When I saw the product I was not blowen away, but I still loiked the design.

Your website was the easiest to use when designing our screen print for the Koozis. We tried to compare the price with other companies but there websites were too difficult to navigate. Also, informing me via email of the process and the delivery date (which was an earlier date then 1st stated) was above what I have ever experienced with any company I have ordered goods from. Outstanding job!

This is the second time I needed an order expedited, and the staff at CustomInk came through! I prefer to use the website to get my orders done, but I've never had an issue calling into the office and speaking with someone firsthand. I will certainly be coming back again!

Very positive.

The design page is so simple--it allows you to center and size things perfectly. I felt like my only real limitation was what I could design; everything I needed was included in the options.
