The customer service was AWESOME. When we discovered the pricing error and I got involved, I had occasion to talk to a couple of people and couldn't ask for more cooperation. The rep even spoke to the artist directly to get the letter "i" centered how we wanted, when the computer wouldn't allow it. Super accomodating. I also love the fact that you send a proof so customers can really see what the finished product will look like before you begin, and the product did come out looking exactly like the proof. I just wish you had been a little less expensive on the sweatshirts, and we'd have ordered those from you, as well. We ended up going local on those to get a better price.
