We loved our shirts and the customer service is off the charts. It was very easy to come up with the design. the representative was so nice. It was a joy to deal with your company.My shirts arrived early and was exactly what we wanted.

I am so grateful to have stumbled on Customink. At every stage of the project, customer service was there and patient, clear and supportive. I love that they answer the phone at odd hours (when I'm likely to be needing answers) and tolerate my many changes. Further, I appreciate that with each stage of the project, I was clear that the internal notes taken by the previous customer service person meant that I naver had to backtrack or go through tredious explanations. We were alsays on teh same page. Lastly, the web site is increadibly user-frienfly. The best bit is that the actual clothing item is modled by real people in each size, which makes ordering the right size so much easier.

I appreciate how helpful everyone was on the phone. They seemed like they sincerely wanted to help me out. I will continue to place our cheer orders through your company. Thanks.

I would never go anywhere else for custom shirts! We had very specific and numerous requirements for our design and customer service and the art department met every single one of them quickly and without fail. They went far above the call of duty to get us our exact vision and we are so grateful -- we LOVE the result! This is our fourth order for our group and you can bet there will be many, many more.
