The only thing I would change is that I would ask that custom ink find some way to allow more than one order (design) to be placed on the same order - the option to purchase multiple designs per order is not currently available.

The finished product looks great and the staff was very accommodating with my numerous revisions. I will say, it was a little surprising that so many rounds of changes were necessary. Even after the exact pantone colors and font files were sent, the logo and shades were still pretty far off on a number of the rounds of proofs. Also, I was told that it was impossible to downsize one of the logos, when I knew from a previous order was inaccurate. Had I not been able to reference the earlier order, I would have had to settle on a size that was too big for the design we wanted.
