I got a very nice email from the company when they saw that my product was for our wedding...it was very sweet and was a very nice personal touch that they congratulated us on our upcoming wedding. The items turned out very cute and the site was very easy to use and my product turned out perfect!

I had a question so I decided to call and the experience was wonderful! The guys I spoke to were great and helpful.

Fast, professional, easy web site which allowed freedom to create our own design and actually see it as we created it.

All in all, it was probably the best online ordering experience I have ever had. I placed my initial order on a Sunday and got a response within an hour! They are GREAT!! I would definitely order from this company again.

Everything from customer service to ease of designing the product on the website was very easy and fast. Loved the turn around time of 2 weeks or less to have product delivered.

My overall experience was excellent. I liked the email updates with the status report. It would have been helpful to have all saved products accessible on the website, rather than having each design emailed to you. Although, it was nice to be able to email designs to other people before purchasing.
