I've had excellent experiences both times I've ordered with you. This time, I called in and changed my order twice before it was shipped. Staff were extremely helpful and my order was still shipped and received by the original guaranteed date. Your employees must love working for you because I have never encountered anyone that hasn't sounded cheerful and eager to help. Thank you!!

Called and spoke to someone to process the order and we had a tight deadline. They guaranteed delivery on Friday and we actually received it when we needed it!

I love being able to create T-shirts on your website! I had a great customer service rep-he was so very helpful and pulled it all-together for me! The shipment came in the day before it was promised by, and that worked out even better for our office because of that. Thanks for the experience and the nice shirts! It's so fun to see the designs in real life! We wore them with pride at the marathon that some of the staff participated in last weekend, and the rest of us wore the shirts in the cheering section! Will return again sometime!

Overall, our experience was good, and as usual, the representatives I talked to on the phone were very helpful and eager to answer questions. I am disappointed in the sizing for the little girls shirts -- especially since we were ordering for multiple families. We will continue to use Customink -- I'll just be more wary of the size charts in the future and probably won't order something unless I know how it fits.

Overall it was a pleasure working with CustomInk. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and knowledgable.
