As I handed out these sweatpants, we realized they do not have pockets... like ANY pockets. This is a real dealbreaker for my guys, and I don't feel that I should have been expected to ask questions like "are there pockets". As you will see in my records (though they do not show every order I have done over the past decade), I have ordered a significant amount of merch from you all, and am planning to continue to do so. The way things are packaged are too overwhelming to organize for a coach for 3 teams - all in bulk product. It would be nice if a printed list of who ordered what was provided with the shipment. It would also be nice if the products players ordered were packaged/poly bagged together and labeled so I don’t have to do all of that myself when the order comes. It’s just so much extra work for the coach to do all of that. We also had leftover product that came with our order so I have no idea if someone’s order is missing or it didn’t get accounted for. At this point I don’t think I would order again. I’d rather find a company who will put the individual orders together and label them. It ‘s worth the extra money. Is that even an option?

I am so thankful to Custom Ink for answering my many calls and questions so patiently and helpfully. I think Custom Ink has some of the best customer service representatives I have ever encountered. I hope to use Custom Ink again in the future even if it is just for fun because I had a terrific experience and will recommend this website to anyone. The ONLY downside is that there has to be a minimum order for each product and most of my products that I took the time to design did not reach that goal. It's okay as I understand why there must be a minimum and this does not take away from my overall amazing experience.
