Awesome experience. I will be sure to use this company for our family reunion next July. Customer sevice was unbelievable and the entire order was delivered a day earlier than promised, packaged neatly and the printing was wonderful even on the tiny baby shirts. Customink did a great job. I just wish there was a better way to determine what the colors actually looked like rather than relying on color names.

I absolutely would. I have been ordering from CustomInk for a year now, and despite a clipart issue earlier, they did fantastic in getting a great replacement in and helping the design of our shirt stay the same. Ordering is always easy and pleasant and delivery is never late and has actually come early the last few times.

We will totally use CustomInk again. The service over the phone was wonderful. We had a pretty complicated order for a family reunion, and of course we waited to the last minute. CustomInk reps helped us over the phone with sizing and design issues, making suggestions on the design that saved us money. We got the shirts in plenty of time, and they look great. Thanks, CustomInk!

There were conflicting washing instructions, one calling for cold water (tag), one warm (on shirt). These were baby shirts, so I hope the printing stands up at least a little to the reality of washing baby clothes (probably always warm or hot water).
