From starting this order to the finish I was absolutely amazed. I was able to organize the ordering process by having everyone order their shirts online. This kept things very organized. When it was time to place my order I wanted to add youth, infant, and toddler sizes and the representatives were extremely helpful. I dealt with Summer mostly, and she was awesome. I had a few late orders put in and CustomInk added them to my order and shipped my shirts in less than a week. After my shirts shipped, I received an email from Laney saying she noticed that we designed t-shirts for an upcoming charitable effort (My fiance's battle with cancer). She then stated that CustomInk would love to help us reach our fundraising goal by making a donation to your team. Your team has gone above and beyond with helping us during this difficult time, and seemed to make the process seamless and easy. I have bragged continuously on this company, and I will certainly be using CustomInk in the future!!

From the very beginning of the process, the CustomInk staff EXCEEDED our expectations. It is always a little scarey to place this kind of order (19 shirts in various sizes for a special surprise birthday) but the staff made us feel like they were a store front. We felt like their most important customer and every effort was made to ensure that the order was correct. To top it off, our shirts arrived 4 days early!!

The quality of the shirts, the beautiful design we chose, the friendly and courteous customer service, and the timely manner in which our shirts arrived were all big plusses. But the ordering process is clumsy and tedious and difficult. When the shirts arrived, there was only a list of how many of each color and size were in the order. Trying to figure out who had ordered which shirt was time-consuming and hard. If the entire T shirt order had been on a more user-friendly chart or spreadsheet, it would have made ordering and distributing a breeze. Not sure if I would order from them again unless they make changes in this area.
