The ordering was fairly easy - I had my teenaged daughter over my shoulder helping me with some of the "navigation" of the site when I was in the process of ordering. A "Step-by-Step" button might be the best thing. I was extremely happy to find a whack of designs/logos from which to choose. I liked the idea that I got an email to "confirm" the names, design etc. (like explaining that a log would be bigger on a child's shirt than an adult's. My daughter ordered last year and I would definitely order and recommend this site. (I like the fact that the name is easy to remember: Custom Ink !
