My grandson was so excited over his shirts and had to put one on right away. His parents are in awe of the quality and art work of these shirts. Your sizing recommendations are off. I wish I had ordered one size up for everyone. I think there will be a lot of kids getting youth large who will not be able to wear their shirts at all, which is disappointing.

Sometimes it can be "scary" looking at a print online and deciding if it is all set. BUT, you can be rest assured when doing it through custom ink.....they have their artists look at it carefully, and get back to you immediately before printing, if there are any concerns or questions. They are quick and accurate!! The products are perfect

Better sense, before clicking "OK" of how halftones and solid lines will coexist on the shirt? (I wanted some lined work and some halftones. What I got was pretty good ... just not amazing. I wanted one more halftone image but was afraid it would render badly on the screened result, so I went with a lined drawing that the artist did from the greyscale original... again it was good but not great.) It was a gamble. Suggestions: Help future customers gamble less, by giving them your best guess of how a halftone will really print? Allow them to access a PDF of the latest version, so they can modify and send it back to the artist? (I had to cut and paste the image from the website into an email ... and I couldn't remove the caribbean blue background.) If I could have done that ... fixed the line drawing on a white background and sent a new PDF, it would have turned my "good" experience below into a "Great" experience ... or even "WOW" :)

I love this company! The website is very easy to follow, well organized, great many choices and a good price. Quality and delivery also excellent! Another friend has already used the CustomInk service.
