Simple. Easy and Cost Effective. The CustomInk team excels in so many ways it is hard for me to imagine using anyone else. The Customer Service Team is very helpful, friendly and courteous. When I received the shirts and felt the material, I knew right away it was good quality. Shirt material and printing is great. The design check and approval after ordering helped out significantly. My soccer logo was placed on the left side where it should be and not on the right where I had it. On the other hand, they put the wrong contrast logo. In the original shirt, I had the soccer ball with black octagons and in the change they put the white octagons logo. The black octagons was what we wanted as a team but they put the wrong one. This really shows lack of carefulness by Custom Ink. Also, this lowered the great overall ratings of our personalization and of the design. You guys say that you are picky, but failed to see that we had a different contrasted logo. If it wasn't for this we would've been satisfied.

I have had many bad experiences with local screen printing companies and was finally ready to try something different. The customer service blew me away from the very early stages of the process and even after my order was delivered. I had a very minor issue with one of my items and the customer service department immediately corrected the issue above and beyond my expectations. The process is very clear, organized, and detail oriented...so you'll never be surprised by the final product. I will use CustomInk again and again and could not recommend them more.

I think CustomInk is great. I do wish that there was preferred pricing for customers that place repeat orders of the same items over and over. I don't have the ability to hold large quantities in inventory, but I will be ordering often. As of now, if there is a vendor who can provide me with the same items with preferred pricing, I would probably stop ordering from CustomInk at that time.
